We made treasure islands out of salt dough for Pirate Preschool. We did not have time to paint them during class so this became an after dinner activity.
Hunter's Island includes a cave for hiding a treasure chest, a volcano, and a pond with a duck in it so that he can go hunting while on his treasure hunt.
This is Hunter's first painting experience where he discovered that if he was careful he could keep the colors separate and not end up with one big blob.
Bennett, however, has not quite caught on. Here is his camouflage island.
This was a very peaceful painting experience, Hunter was occupied for a good hour+
And clothing is optional under that painting cloak, it's a good life!
