Seldovia Trip 2

It was warm enough on Sunday for Hunter to take a bath outside. This was after we played with our toes in the warm sand down the beach from the cabin.

Hunter really enjoyed sitting in Grandma and Grandpa's new chairs. He liked that he could sit up and see what was going on.

Cousin Elizabeth or thin Lizzy as Mark likes to call her. She is 3 months younger than Hunter and made us realize just how fast everything changes. She was so sweet and fun to hold.

Fishing for Black Rockfish or Black Bass. We kept mine and cooked it for dinner back in Anchorage, it was really great. They taste just about as good as halibut but are caught in about 20 feet of water instead of 100-200 feet.

Mark, Ben, and Grandpa Hamm had caught about 12 this size or bigger 2 days before. They thought we needed to go back and try again since they had such good luck. It wasn't as hot as previously , but I really enjoyed it.

Despite raining everyday but one it was still a nice trip to the cabin. We ate lots of good fresh sea food, played games, read books, and enjoyed being with family. Hunter is a little trooper and enjoys going along on hikes and fishing trips. We love summertime in AK!
