Cross Country Skiing

We have been cross country skiing several times a week since the snow became deep enough for the groomed trails near our house. Some of the trails are lighted at night, which makes an after work ski easy and nice.

For a few weeks before there was enough snow for the groomed trails, we skied on a local lake that was frozen and had a skiff of snow on it. It was nice to get out, and it is a plus that the trails are only a few minutes from our apartment.
