Mark recently celebrated his 28th birthday. We had a small family/friends dinner before his sister and brother-in-law went back to Wisconsin. Mark is such a wonderful husband, father, brother and son and we sure enjoyed celebrating him.

Here is Hunter after the Costco run for the party. He played like this for nearly half an hour.

Mark's way of preparing for the party after coming home from work.

Hunter decided to follow suit. They both woke up happy and ready to PARTY.

BBQ deer turned out just perfect! Unfortunately I can't say the same for the cole-slaw because of a misprint on the recipe saying 2 T instead of 2 t, and my mommy brain not stopping to think that 2T was WAY too much salt.

The spread.

Mark's co-worker and friend Ben Allison with his daughter Katie. We played badminton out in the yard, followed by raspberry-rhubarb cobbler with vanilla ice cream, followed by digging up dandelions ( not your typical party activity but the tool was laying on the driveway so we all took a turn and it kept Katie very entertained).

Happy Birthday Mark, we LOVE you!

Grandma and Elizabeth hanging out watching the badminton game.

This is Hunter in his jumper that he absolutely LOVES. He jumps and spins and giggles and mom loves it to because it is at least a guaranteed half hour of free hands during the day.
Happy Birthday Mark and many more WONDERFUL years to come.
